On Tuesday morning, Missouri extended a scholarship offer to 2017 junior college corner prospect Keisean Nixon  5’11”  202   Yuma (AZ) Arizona Western.   Nixon talked about Missouri and the current status of his recruitment.
















"The Missouri offer is big,"   explained Nixon.   "I think it's one of my biggest offers.   Missouri is a big offer for me.   I'm super excited!"

Nixon currently holds offers from Arkansas, Ball State, Boise State, Brigham Young, California, Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa State, Kansas State, Kentucky, Oregon State, San Diego State, Texas Tech, UCF, and Utah State, in addition to Missouri.

Nixon named Arkansas, California, Iowa State, Kentucky, Missouri, and Oregon State as the schools that are standing out to him.

Nixon has an official visit to Iowa State scheduled for September 24.   He plans to visit Oregon State, among others.  

Nixon identified Coach Brown as his primary recruiter with Missouri.

Nixon self-reported a personal best of 4.48 seconds in the 40-yard dash, to go along with a 40" standing vertical jump, and a bench press maximum of 310 pounds.

Nixon will graduate in December and enroll in January.   He's planning to make a decision in mid-December.

Nixon said that he's setting up an official visit to Missouri for November 25.  

"I'm really excited for my Missouri visit,"   said Nixon.
